Our school trip to the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History was an unforgettable adventure that brought science and history to life. From the moment we stepped inside, students were amazed by towering dinosaur skeletons, sparkling gemstones, and lifelike animal exhibits from around the world. We explored fascinating displays about Earth’s past, learning how life evolved over millions of years and how scientists uncover the secrets of ancient civilizations. One of the highlights of the visit was exploring the Hall of Human Origins, where students traced humanity’s journey from early ancestors to modern-day societies. The Butterfly Pavilion and Ocean Hall were also favorites, offering up-close encounters with delicate insects and breathtaking sea life. As we wrapped up the day, everyone shared their favorite exhibits and the interesting facts they had learned.
